Creating an account is easy! Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner, choose whether you're a client or freelancer, fill in your details, and you're ready to go. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

Payments are processed securely through our platform. Clients fund projects upfront, and payments are held in escrow until work is completed and approved. Freelancers receive payments automatically once milestones are met or projects are completed.

Our platform fees vary based on the type of project. For standard job postings, we charge a small service fee. Direct contracts have reduced fees. All fees are clearly displayed before you commit to any project or contract.

If you encounter any issues, our dispute resolution team is here to help. Contact support through your dashboard, provide details about the situation, and we'll work with both parties to find a fair resolution.

Yes! Our Direct Contracts feature allows you to work with existing clients while still enjoying platform protection, secure payments, and professional tools. Learn more on our Direct Contracts page.

You can update your profile at any time by going to your Profile page. Add your skills, upload portfolio samples, update your rates, and keep your information current to attract more opportunities.
